Full-arch implant treatment: compare the supports and the teeth
A full-arch plan replaces the teeth across an upper or lower arch. The number of replacement teeth and the number of implant bodies are separate quantities. The description must also say whether the patient removes the restoration or cleans it in place. Implants can support crowns, bridges or dentures. FDA: Dental implants.
The phrase “full mouth” can create another ambiguity: does the proposal cover one arch or both? A complete plan draws or lists each arch separately. A per-arch quote and a two-arch quote are not competing prices for the same scope.
Compare the proposed restoration, not just the implant count

Fixed and removable describe daily life
A removable denture brings a removal-and-cleaning routine. NHS guidance describes daily denture cleaning and removing dentures overnight. A restoration that stays in the mouth has a different cleaning arrangement, which the treating team needs to demonstrate for that design. NHS: Dentures.
An implant-supported restoration still needs professional follow-up. The FDA identifies difficulty cleaning, local infection and component loosening among possible problems. “Fixed” should therefore never be read as “finished forever.”
Access to ongoing care also matters when several teeth are replaced together. Keep the temporary and final restoration details, implant system information and the route for arranging repairs. This is especially useful if the surgical practice and the practice providing later maintenance are different.
